Terms of engagement

## Acceptance By requesting an estimate, paying a deposit, or using this website to submit a brief, you agree to these terms. If you engage on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. ## Services We provide independent review and written findings related to financial audit of applications — including full-packet audits, budget-table reconciliation, eligibility schedule checks, and resubmission findings reviews. Deliverables are described in the fee note for each engagement. We do not provide statutory audit opinions, legal advice, or guaranteed approval of any grant, subsidy, or lending application. ## Intellectual property Working papers remain our property. The findings memo delivered to you may be used internally and shared with your board, advisors, and the funder or lender as needed for the filing. You may not republish the memo as a marketing endorsement of Cloudview without written consent. Materials you supply remain yours; we use them only to perform the engagement. ## Client responsibilities You must provide complete and accurate drafts, programme or lender rules, and timely answers to clarifying questions. Delays in document supply pause the review timeline. You remain responsible for final filing decisions and for correcting your packet. ## Fees and deposits Fees are stated in the fee note. A deposit of forty percent is ordinarily required to reserve calendar time. Balances are due on delivery of the findings memo unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may suspend further clarifying calls. ## Liability To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including failure to obtain funding or credit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. ## Confidentiality We treat unpublished budgets, lender packs, and comment letters as confidential and restrict access to staff assigned to the engagement. Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or where you authorise sharing. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts located in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. ## Changes We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
