Engagement

From packet outline to findings memo

This path describes how financial audit of applications work proceeds at Cloudview — the same sequence whether you commission a full-packet review or a narrower schedule check.

Working papers and laptop during an application audit engagement
  1. 1

    Outline, not the full binder

You send the programme or lender name, deadline, page estimate, and document list. We reply with fit confirmation and a fee note. If the packet is too rough or the deadline too near, we say so plainly.

  2. 2

    Deposit and document drop

A forty percent deposit holds the calendar. You upload the draft packet, rules excerpt, and prior comment letters. We confirm completeness before the review clock starts.

  3. 3

    Working-paper days

Schedules are reconciled, eligibility evidence is mapped, and narrative claims that cite money are tested. Material findings receive a second internal read on full-packet engagements.

  4. 4

    Memo, then clarifying call

You receive a prioritised findings memo. A scheduled call walks through the highest-risk items so corrections land before the portal or bank meeting.

What you prepare

Name a single contact who can answer clarifying questions within forty-eight hours. Provide programme rules or lender checklists in the language of the forms. If schedules are bilingual, tell us which language governs totals.

What we will not do

We do not file on your behalf, negotiate with officers, or issue a statutory opinion. The product of the engagement is an independent financial reading of the application materials you supply.
