Refunds and cancellations

## Scope Refunds relate only to professional review engagements such as full-packet audits, budget-table reconciliation, eligibility schedule checks, and resubmission findings reviews. We do not sell physical goods, software licences, or course seats. ## Deposit A forty percent deposit ordinarily reserves calendar time. The deposit becomes non-refundable once working-paper review has started (documents opened and logged), except where we cancel the engagement for reasons within our control. ## Full refund eligibility You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if we cancel the engagement before delivering a findings memo for reasons within our control (for example, sudden unavailability without a suitable substitute reviewer). If we determine at scoping that the packet is unsuitable and no review has begun, any deposit paid is refunded in full. ## Partial refunds If you cancel in writing more than five business days before the agreed review start date, we refund the deposit minus an administrative charge of NT$2,000. If you cancel within five business days of the start date but before review begins, the deposit is forfeited; any overpayment of the balance is returned. After review begins, fees for work completed are due; unused portions of the balance may be refunded on a proportional basis assessed against hours already spent. ## Non-refundable items Non-refundable items include: deposits after review has started (except our cancellation), third-party travel costs already incurred for an agreed Changhua County or off-site session with your written approval, and completed clarifying calls already delivered. ## Work already started Once schedules are under review, you remain responsible for fees covering completed working papers even if you later decide not to file the application. We will still deliver the findings prepared to date upon settlement of amounts due. ## Rescheduling and no-shows You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least three business days’ notice and we have capacity within thirty days. Later rescheduling may require a new deposit. If you miss a scheduled clarifying call without notice, a replacement call is not guaranteed within the original fee; a short follow-up may be offered at our discretion. ## Materials We do not purchase materials on your behalf as part of standard engagements. If exceptional printing or courier costs were pre-approved in writing, those costs are non-refundable once spent. ## Refund process and timing Email hello@cloudinsightshub.digital with your engagement reference, the reason for the request, and the payment method used.
