About
Cloudview Application Audit exists to give organisers and finance teams in Taiwan a second pair of eyes on the money story inside an application — before a programme officer or credit desk finds the gaps.
The practice began after several Changhua and central Taiwan cultural programmes lost scoring marks on budget tables that conflicted with their own annexes. The founders — former grant administrators and a cooperative finance officer — decided the missing piece was not another writing workshop, but a disciplined financial audit of applications.
Today the office at 857 The Avenue remains deliberately small. We take a limited number of packets each season so working papers stay thorough and clarifying calls are not rushed.
We read like a sceptical reviewer: totals first, then category logic, then the sentences that lean on those figures. Findings are written in plain language so a board treasurer and a project lead can both act on them.
